    This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I put my prescription in and gave them 2 days to fill it. When I came on the 2nd day to get my prescription the pharmacist told me my daughters insurance didn’t cover it which I knew was a mistake immediately because we had just seen the doctor and she would have told me if anything was wrong with the insurance. I gave her my daughters insurance card which had her ID # on it and she still insisted she wasn’t covered so I called her insurance and an agent called the pharmacy to clear the misunderstanding. The insurance agent informed me that the pharmacist had the wrong ID # originally which is literally IMPOSSIBLE when I showed her the card myself and I’ve filled dozens of prescriptions here with the same exact insurance. I had to come back later in the day just for the tech to ask me to wait 15 more minutes while she filled my prescription. I came back in 15 minutes just for another tech to tell me “It’s no way 5 prescriptions could be filled in 15 minutes” so basically that let me know that I had been getting lied to the whole entire time and NO ONE had actually even attempted to fill my prescriptions. So here I am now waiting once again and I’m going to be late picking my daughter up from school because of their carelessness and lack of urgency to do their jobs.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for about 1 and a half years now. It isn't worth it. Walgreens is the way to go! Dropped of my script and isn't ready for 2 days when they say 30 mins.? Then when the Drs call it in its never there because they don't check their fax. So yea I just wouldn't come her at all not worth the trouble.

    When in person its good experience but when i call for questions i never get an answer. Soooo annoying that i have to go up there to get my simple question answered instead of a simple phone call.
