They gave me various unclear stories about delays and then blamed me. Be aware this pharmacy does not fill prescriptions on time even when approved by the doctor.

I pick up my medication every month and I am sure she can see that on her computer system. She always gives me an attitude when I drop off my medication. I usually go to a krogers in sugarland near my office. So I don't have to deal with this elder piece of low IQ work. Well I am going on a cruise and decided to get my medication refilled before hand. So I visited this pharmacy and she refuses to take my medication request. I went to pearland krogers and received my meds in 15 mins. I reported this pharmacy once before to the texas state board of pharmacy; at the behest of my doctor. The manager needs to clean house. This women is costing your company money. If you want this store to fail, keep hiring none thinking employees.
