I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share this. I’m deaf and currently dealing with severe ear inflammation, which makes it even harder to communicate and hear, especially over the phone. I had to urgently transfer my prednisone prescription to Kroger, and the phone experience was incredibly stressful. I was transferred multiple times, couldn’t hear well, and felt the frustration from the pharmacy technician grow, even after I explained I was deaf. When I went in person, I was met with more of the same, the technician was visibly annoyed, dismissive, and made me feel like a burden. I can in person hoping to make it easier to communicate, but instead, I felt invisible. And then Lisa, the pharmacist, stepped in. She was busy, clearly overwhelmed BUT she saw me. She didn’t brush me off. She gently pushed the technician aside, looked me in the eye, and explained what was going on. She listened. She spoke clearly. She made me feel human. Lisa discovered there was a glitch with the insurance system and, despite everything she was juggling, called them herself and got it fixed. Lisa reminded me what kindness in healthcare looks like. She turned a moment of complete defeat into one of relief and dignity. I truly don’t have the words to describe how much it meant to be treated with respect, especially when I felt so unheard, literally and emotionally. Lisa deserves every ounce of recognition. In a stressful, high-volume setting, she managed to be empathetic AND efficient. She made space for someone who really needed it. She’s a leader, and I’ll never forget her kindness. She is an asset to this pharmacy team, and I am incredibly grateful for the difference she made in my care experience.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. The New pharmacist is rude and lazy. After being told a few days ago to come back with the immunization I needed so they could quote me a price on health insurance, I was told today she would need to enter it in and she wasn’t willing to do that. It’s too much work. I am not sure what’s happened to the tall guy and Anh who are both excellent, but the service has gone downhill. Since I really only shop here be cause it’s a one stop shop I don’t see myself coming back.

I've used Walgreen's and CVS for over a decade with Aetna and United Healthcare. Frustration, mistakes, and delays almost every month. Never again. This is the best pharmacy experience I've ever had.

This pharmacy team is the best! They went out of their way to help save beaucoup money for a patient. Cost of the medication dropped significantly with their assistance. Kudos, guys! Great work!
