"Last night, [ Joe ] was incredibly helpful when I couldn't find the powder sugar. They not only knew exactly where it was but also helped me find a great alternative."

Resha in the pharmacy spent a few minutes to create a profile for me to determine whether or not Kroger is in-network with my insurance, so I can get a Covid booster shot. Walgreens and CVS have limited inventory due to the recent CDC no longer recommending them despite my.doctor's recommendation. Great service!

My experience with this pharmacy was remarkably fast and friendly, which is an absolute breath of fresh air after enduring the dystopian nightmare that is Walgreens. If you're thinking of switching, ask yourself these questions: Do you want to get your prescriptions in under 24 hours without them magically losing your request and forgetting you exist? Do you want to actually pay the copay your insurance says you should pay, instead of what feels like the full price? Are you tired of taking an afternoon nap in the drive-thru line while the two cars ahead of you struggle to communicate with the pharmacist through a comically bad intercom system? Do you want a full 30-day supply of your medication instead of a random number between 1 and 30? If you answered "yes" to any of these, then you should, at the very least, go to Kroger's pharmacy. Sure, it might not be perfect, but no matter what happens, at least you can say it's not Walgreens.

My first time coming here as my dermatologist office recommended them due to the pricing of one of my medications. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. My preferred pharmacy was charging me $100 for the medication i needed and my dermatologist told me to come to Kroger because they had it for $28 with a GoodRX coupon. When i went to go pay it was $18 and the guy said “I found a better coupon for you” i almost cried. I said thank you SO much for doing that. I spoke to 3 different people while dropping off/picking up my prescription and every single person was so nice and helpful! I got home and told my husband and he said he recently went to them as well and had the same experience as i did. We both agreed to switch pharmacies!
