Thanks Victoria for merging my multiple account no one could ever figure out how to for years. Causing me to have rx issues. All of this staff is so knowledgeable and friendly even with having a maximum work load that no one understands but I do an appreciate all of y’all.
- PPPuffNov 8, 20251.0If there is 0, I will not give any star for the feedback. The lady with blue hair, her attitude is so horrible. My medicine is ready for pick-up one day, but there is no text/message at all. When I went there physically, she just replied you did not give the approval to receive message. However, there’s not any communication with me I did not want to receive the message. And I asked how to give you the approval to send the notification when the medicine is ready. She didn’t reply it at all. The worst thing is Kroger did not accept my insurance from the beginning. They did not notice me from the very beginning. That wastes my time. So bad.

Each time a prescription is called in, I have to call the pharmacy to make sure it gets filled or they refuse to fill it. Most recently, my son had a prescription sent there, I called to confirm and they informed me the DR needed to change it for insurance purposes. They said they will call and get it taken care of. I asked for it to be done immediately because my son NEEDED these meds. Over 24 hours later it wasn’t taken care of and my husband spent 30 minutes trying to pick up a cream from them! They don’t care for patients or their time! Use any other pharmacy!
