  If there is 0, I will not give any star for the feedback. The lady with blue hair, her attitude is so horrible. My medicine is ready for pick-up one day, but there is no text/message at all. When I went there physically, she just replied you did not give the approval to receive message. However, there’s not any communication with me I did not want to receive the message. And I asked how to give you the approval to send the notification when the medicine is ready. She didn’t reply it at all. The worst thing is Kroger did not accept my insurance from the beginning. They did not notice me from the very beginning. That wastes my time. So bad.

  Understaffed always, constantly out of stock and never answer the phone. 40 years of picking up prescriptions and this is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

  I tried multiple times to get my inhaler prescription refilled here. They should know how serious this is to me and try and help me have this in stock ready to go every month. On one occasion the Pharmacist (Indian Woman) wouldn't even let me finish my sentence with what I needed before constantly interrupting me. There was always a reason why they couldn't refill it, have it in stock, or had to contact my doctor. Walgreens always called for me if there was an issue. So I called my doctor and they said just use your old pharmacy which in inconvenient but I did and got my prescription in 1 hour. Very unfortunate, im a new resident in the area and this Kroger's is very convenient. If only they could have my medication when I need it. Richard Anderson

  No other Kroger Pharmacy picks up the call and places you back on hold for the sole purpose of trying to stop the phone from ringing. Which is essentially what this Pharmacy does!!! Kesha, picks up the phone and at the SPEED OF LIGHT says " KROGER PHARMACY, PLEASE HOLD!!!!!! How Lazy and Inconsiderate of your customers. It feels as if she doesn't want to be bothered. At the least, take a breath and pause, and maybe even say "Can you please hold" and then wait at least a couple of seconds before slamming the phone down. Most customers are elderly and don't even hear what she is saying and may hang up and call back. This is NOT customer service and I am sure Kroger is NOT known for treating their customers in this manner!!!!
