  I went in the other day to pick up a prescription. Even though there was one person ahead of me in the pickup line, it was so quick and convenient. Naturally, I felt the need to brag on the person who was working the register that day. Jesus's service was the epitome of what each person hopes for when out and about being a consumer. He was respectful, nice, and speedy getting me out of his hair. Keep up the good work Jesus, and thanks again!

  This Kroger pharmacy never has the medicine that is prescribed to me. They always have to order it. Once being ordered it takes days to come in. Being that there is a Kroger 2 miles down the road from this one, I asked them to check to see if my meds were available there. The medicine is available but they refuse to get the medicine for me from this other pharmacy. I must call my doctor to get them to call in a new prescription to the new pharmacy instead of Kroger just doing a courier service between the two stores to help a customer who just had a 7 hour surgery and been cut open on the front and back of their body. I CAN DEFINITELY SAY THEY HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. THIS MY ABSOLUTE LAST MEDICINE TO BE FILLED HERE. I'D ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  I had a prescription sent here at 12pm. I was told it would be ready in 2 hrs. I came by at 6:30pm and they told me they are still working on it??? Uh no it doesn’t take 6 hrs to fill a simple prescription. Wow. Had to wait an additional 30 mins. What a joke. Lazy, they don’t even work on your prescription until you actually show up. Will never get scripts sent her again.
