- XVxa vDec 19, 20251.0I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. My experience was extremely poor and the staff inappropriately rude. After suffering a serious poison ivy infection, I was desperately trying to get a med to reduce skin inflammation and pain. The employees who were talking among themselves didn't notice that I was on the phone with my doctor. When one employee asked to exchange numbers among themselves, they hesitated and motioned to me as if I was waiting to "steal" their number???!!! I was in excruciating pain that day, had a fever, was miserable and exhausted. My skin felt like it was on fire and being stabbed by a thousand needles at the same time. It was all I could do to not scream. And here they were acting as if I was out to get some chick's number while I'm texting my doctor's staff to make sure how to apply the ointments and meds. It was an insulting experience. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again. This wasn't the first time they were chatting away and pretending like patients are an annoyance, but it's definitely the LAST time they will treat me like that. Btw to the staff: I pull 8s, 9s and 10s. I don't need to "steal" the number to a 4. 🤣
