  1 of the pharmacy staff is very rude & disrespectful. Seems to be a lack of communication between staff there and rather than resolve it between them they choose to be rude to the customer.

  This happened about 5:30 today Wednesday I had two packages of tortillas 2/ 5.00 bought them a week ago they turn green on us both almost full and try to return them to Kroger's this Kroger's on Jones Road and Clark Hispanic ladies said no without the receipt so call the BK manager of the manager right away said no you should have put him in the refrigerator.. no place in the packages says the refrigerate. Skip so I went to the other Kroger on Beltway 8 and West Road Hispanic gentleman was so gracious he said yeah go exchange him no problem.. so I thought it was the difference like night and day if you know what I mean

  I'm so frustrated with krogers pharmacist. They have more than once messed up my medication. You would expect calls letting you know your prescription is ready but they only do it half of the time. I have yet to get a call for my son's prescriptions which causes problems of I don't pick them up in a certain amount of time. I had a medication that they swore they couldn't fill but I took it to my pharmacist at my drs office and they filled it in 15 minutes. After refilling my son's prescription on Sunday they said they would have to call the dr. Monday they said it was good to go and if I could pick up Tuesday. Wednesday they pharmacist had no idea what I was talking about and I couldn't get my son's medication. Sigh. They said to come back Thursday when the other pharmacist is there. I'm so done with this pharmacy. Convenient location but they can't get there act together.

  Hmm, I'm sorry to see so many bad reviews. I don't have insurance and Kroger had the cheapest prices for filling my prescription of Aderall. The pharmacy staff were very friendly but like many other people have commented they did not have my medicine. With it being a controlled substance they cant tell me if and where another Kroger might have it. So I found myself at Walgreens paying a little extra and waiting a pretty long time... Read the reviews and get your meds stocked guys! I'll give them one more go and change stars if they are able to service me.
