She's the wrong person to be interacting with the public. Have her shadow Terri for a few weeks and she'll learn what true friendly and compassionate health care consist of.

The possibility we used different pharmacies in the past to get the best price, which varies greatly ever month, never occurred to her mind. Unprofessional, untrue and out of line.
