- ADAlexandria DavisDec 5, 20221.012/5/22(1245) I don't generally complain but the pharmacist on today is extremely rude. I called regarding a prescription and he went on a tirade about how state just visited this location and he was not going to be filling certain prescriptions. As a healthcare professional, I understand protecting your license and 100% support his decision. But his attitude is deplorable. It got to the point where I just interrupted him and told him its fine. Which is was. I wasn't argumentative or confrontational with the gentleman. Maybe it was a tough day but all that hostility was unnecessary. If you don't enjoy customer service, maybe consider inpatient pharmacy where your interaction are minimized because your attitude is gross.
