  My first time as a donor and it was pretty smooth and the lady who helped me I can't remember her name but she was so welcoming and we shared the same experiences in our life losing a brother . . It's like me and her clicked and we both Geminis 🥰 The overall rating is a 5 because it's professional, timely mannered and the staff was very nice and helpful.. definitely recommended to my friends and family ..

  In all plasma centers I have been to, this is the only one that is overall satisfactory. The staff treat you with respect, and not treat you like a stranger. They actually make aye contact and will engage with clients. They don’t make you feel like bottom of the barrel because you have to donate to pay some bills. Also, they are well trained.

  I came to this center today to donate blood. They told me they only serve English speakers and turned me away. It's sad that the staff didn't know I was from the United States.

  If you thinking about donating , I encourage you to do so at Kedplasma amazing plasma donation center. I have donated at about 3 plasma donation centers over the course of 10 years and and some of them being well-known plasma donations centers, however the care, experienced phlebotomist and the compassion , along with the compensation , was not there. Until I met Ms. Fe better known as Ms. Davis, Mr. Ruben, Ms. Michelle, Ms. deja, Mr. Jose and new faces like Ms. Karen. Now I have been donating at Kedplasma for years. I am treated with respect, kindness, professionalism and plenty of laughs. It's always a good time when I'm donating at this plasma donation center. Ms. Fe is the reason why I enjoy each donation of saving a life and a life saving experience. Now let's talk about speed first donation staff will tell you about approximately 4 hours, but put let me put you in on the little secret. They're pretty good, so it be anywhere between two and a half three hours. Second donation and return donors you can expect anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours tops with all factors considered. Now let's talk about if there's ever a complaint you may have, like I said I have been donating at Kedplasma for years. Mr. Ruben along with Ms. Michelle are active listeners to every donor concern and/or complaint. You will be treated with care, respect, compassion and the honor of saving a life and if you don't feel this way about donating plasma then what are you waiting for? Oh, I'm sorry for the edit, I just thought maybe you would want to know everything.
