    Breannna is truly such a sweet an amazing person. Her customer service is spectacular. Being a manager at my store, of course the number one thing we want is great customer service and she goes above and beyond this girl deserves a raise. I will always keep coming back here because of you also thank you for all the other information you provided for me.

    The staff is so nonchalant. They’ll walk right past you if you’re at the desk without helping you and ignore you. You have to chase someone down to be helped. And they NEVER answer their phones. It’s ridiculous.

    Had no issues up until now, then tried to address it privately through them, just to get the runaround. Most of the screeners and phlebotomists on the floor were very helpful and careful besides just one guy, but the management is terrible to their own staff and very indifferent about their guests so long as it doesn't affect their bottom dollar. So long as you don't do anything minor to cross them, you'll have a pleasant time donating amongst the staff on the floor. Edit: the auto prompt reply led me to the exact same place I've attempted to address my issues. Nothing was addressed nor were there any questions answered.

    I’ve been donating plasma here before it was KED PLASMA!! There are few and far in between who are really great at their job. MS. FEE IS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE. She is very professional and extremely experienced! Any business would be so lucky and blessed to have such a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable woman on their team! Y OU GO GURL!!
