They didn’t clean high touch areas in between patients. Also the lady that helped me in the beginning—she switched out with another lady (I’m guessing the hygienist) without even telling me or introducing herself. My eyes were closed. I noticed the lady’s voice was different so I asked who she was, and then she introduced herself smh. The cleaning was not as thorough as I’m used to. The hygienist didn’t really tell me what she was doing it as she was doing it. The dentist came to speak with me at the end. She was nice but appeared very rushed. I have looked for another place since then.
