  Dr. Gracie and Dr. Bobby are here to help you feel your best self. They actually care and take their time to hear you out and really listen. When I walked into their office I was miserable, my pcp was telling me everything was fine, but I felt completely lost and unwell. Dr. Gracie and Dr. Bobby created a protocol and within a couple weeks the difference was night and day. I felt like myself again and even better than before, I had forgotten what feeling good actually felt like. I feel like they really want to cure you and get to the root cause of the issues and not just mask or treat symptoms. By the grace of God I found these doctors. With their natural approach and genuine care and attention, you can bet you will be feeling younger and stronger and all around healthier. God bless Dr. Gracie and Dr. Bobby!

  I can't say enough good things about my experience at Houston Holistic Health Clinic! Dr. Gracie and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They really took the time to understand my needs and developed a plan that felt tailored just for me. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I always felt comfortable asking questions or sharing concerns. It’s clear they care deeply about their patients' well-being.   About 6 months ago I developed this strange inflammation that was hot, itchy and tight. I was referred to the dermatologist - where a biopsy was taken. The results came back as <<Eosinophilic Eczema>> when I asked how I could just develop this out of nowhere - bc I’ve never had skin issues in my life…I’ve never even had acne in my teen years. The derm doc said “it just happens there’s no explanation” and she prescribed me a lifetime medication called Dupixant…which I would have to take a daily shot in my belly indefinitely. I said, “could this be food related?” She said, “NO. Absolutely not.” I even asked for a second opinion and that doctor assured me that this wasn’t food related as well. I REFUSED to accept that!! My issue got so bad - it was constricting my veins, which led me to a 5 day hospitalization stint. I was pumped with steroids and antibiotics - NOTHING CHANGED. The doctor told me what I had was “systemic” and that I needed resources that they didn’t have there. I hopped around the entire medical center and no one would take me. I was in soo much pain, desperate to find answers and a logical and practical solution! This led me to Dr. Gracie and Dr. Bobby. When I called - of course I had a milli questions - Dr. Bobby was so patient and thorough over the phone. He took his time making sure I understood what they do and how they function. My initial visit was a consultation…considering that I didn’t have any answers for what was going on with me - I chose to get blood labs (for food), hair follicle (heavy metals) and a stool sample (parasites)…during the waiting period I was given a natural anti-inflammatory supplement. At about 3 weeks my results came back clear of parasites, strong of one heavy metal, lacking a bacterial strain needed for digestive purposes and a ton of food sensitivities - Dr. Bobby explained were not the same as food allergies which can have differing affects on the body and mind. We discovered that I had “Leaky Gut” which is not recognized as a diagnosis in our medical society. I was put on a meal plan that was designed to exclude foods that my body was sensitive to and given a 4 month supplement plan to cleanse, heal and seal my gut. With in the first month the redness, swelling and tightness dissipated and the itching stopped. I felt so much relief. I’ve lost about 15 lbs, My skin is clear, my mind is clear, my emotional status is more stable and I feel better than I have ever felt. I have discovered soo many things about myself since this new level of healing journey began but I will save that for a testimonial. This review is long enough!   I brought my son here a few years ago for a condition he was sufferring from for about 10 years. I took him to doctors and tried several over the counter medicines to no effect. After bringing him to Dr.Gracie, he took the supplements, and it took 8 months, and BAM, the entire condition dissappeared!!! It took a long time, but it never came back in the last 3 years. Stick to it, and you will see the effects!
