The office is non-communicative and and rude. The doctors are too busy to effectively communicate in a timely fashion. Dr. Reyes and Dr. Yao don't seem to get messages left for them. Their staff is overly zealous in call screening and that adversely effects patient care. I wish I had used another cardiology group!

Absolutely terrible experience with the front office. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely rude and had a noticeable attitude. She repeatedly smacked her lips whenever I asked a question or requested assistance, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone, especially elderly patients. It is concerning to think about how individuals who may have difficulty advocating for themselves are treated. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Please do better. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I cannot write a well-based review on the cardiologist since I am a new patient and only talked to the doctor briefly (nothing new here.) However, the practice office on Fannin was running so inefficiently that to the point of hindering proper patient care. After my EKG, rhythm monitor and Echo, I am supposed to have a catheter procedure scheduled to check blockage right away. However, there’s no response either by phone or from the app after I repeatedly left messages since Friday. Today is Tuesday. Meanwhile I am continuing to experience random episodes of chest tightness and discomfort. Like another reviewer mentioned, “wouldn’t mind if this’s an allergist office…” But for a cardiologist office, inefficiency and negligence like this could potentially lead to catastrophic event with irreversible result. I am going to find another clinic.

Karla from the office of Dr. George Li, has been very kind and helpful to me since day one. I have been their patient for many years now & Karla never changed a bit. Kudos to Karla.

I loved Dr. Trachtenberg. He was kind, addressed all my concerns, and seemed to genuinely care. The low rating is because their billing department is awful. They charged me a copay that was later paid directly to them by insurance. The few times I've gotten billing on the phone, they've acknowledged it and assured me a refund is on the way, only to never arrive. At this point, many months later, I now just get to leave voicemails that are never returned. Great doctor, but don't trust them to be correct when they ask for the copay, and if you give them too much you'll never see a penny of it again.
