She also watched the physical therapist and continued to lead the patient in the 3 x /day required exercises for the patient who by the way made an amazing recovery from his complete knee replacement surgery. Diamond, a retired teacher, also watched the physical therapist and made sure the patient completed his required 3 x/day series of physical therapy. LaTorsha also watched the physical therapist and made sure the patient completed his required 3x/day series of physical therapy. With the diligent encouragement from all three nurses over 3 weeks, the patient amazed the surgeon and physical therapist with the advanced flexion of his knee at 3 weeks time. I cannot thank Esther, Diamond and LaTorsha enough for their encouragement and dedication in the patient's care and amazing recovery.

We have used this company for about 18 months approx. and have steadily increased hours as my dad's condition has worsened. Communication with the owner/manager and the office staff from top to bottom has been perfect and our concerns from time to time have been addressed to satisfaction. On the rare occasion when a substitute or new caregiver was needed as we added hours, the "new" person came ahead to work with us and the current caregiver to make sure everything worked with my dad. That is an excellent plan to have so someone new isn't coming to work without meeting us and my dad first. I am not exaggerating when I say our caregivers have become like a member of our family.
