They really pay attention to the individual needs and wants of each client. They are quick to respond to messages and always in constant communication. I am very pleased with the professionalism and reliability of this Home Instead branch.

They were great in keeping her engaged and meeting her needs even though she had a lot of specific requests (e.g. reading the bible to her, having food prepared a certain way, changing her mind often about daily activities, etc.). We required 24/7 care for about 6 months. In the few times a caregiver wasn’t the right fit, the office staff was able to work with our needs to find the right fit. The owner was also accommodating while we all adjusted to our new normal. Caregivers pivoted and went the hospital and rehab facilities as well, even though it wasn’t always convenient. I won't list names for privacy reasons, but there were at least half a dozen caregivers that went above and beyond and really advocated for my loved one. It’s very touching, and I appreciate their genuine passion for what they do.
