Each time I called I have been greeted with a happy voice. Normally when calling agencies it seems as though people either don't want to talk or don't have time to answer your questions. That was NOT the case with Home Instead. Every time I have called, every person that I have spoken with seemed just as friendly as the previous person. Please keep up the ABOVE EXCELLENT work. I thank each and every member of your staff/personnel for the caring hearts that you all extend not only to the patients, but also to their family members.
