- KLKelly LandschootJul 8, 20241.0They have terrible customer service! They also refused to give me medication my doctor prescribed because the tech quote, “didn’t think it was necessary”. It was for my thyroid not some unnecessary medication. The tech literally argued with my doctor. On top of that they haven’t been giving me the ordered dose for another medication. Honestly this seems like a huge violation on several counts. On top of all of this the techs are extremely rude and unhelpful.
