I pay insurance so I don’t have to pay full price then the pharmacy lady said you don’t have to get but then how would neglect my kid his meds. I changed to a different pharmacy who even delivers for free. They need to do better

That’s not how I wanted to start my day. This is the 2nd time she’s been rude when I’ve called. She either doesn’t appreciate her job or hates people.. either way, go to a different pharmacy or get delivery if you want to be treated with respect.
