- ANAimee NamakarnOct 15, 20252.0I am writing to provide feedback regarding a concerning experience I had with the pharmacy service on Oct. 15, 2025 around 11am. I called to confirm a refill for my inhaler, as I was experiencing difficulty breathing and needed the medication urgently for relief. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was immediately dismissive and appeared determined to rush me off the line. When I inquired about the refill status, I was told the pharmacy had not received anything from my doctor. I explained that my doctor had confirmed sending the prescription several hours prior. While I was still trying to clarify this critical issue, the employee stated, "I have 8 people waiting on the other line," which made me feel that my urgent medical need was a low priority. My simple request was for her to please take a moment to reach out to my doctor's office for clarification, given my difficulty breathing. This request was declined. I understand that pharmacies can be understaffed and busy, but the lack of empathy and the refusal to assist a customer in an urgent situation is unacceptable. Customer service, especially in a health care setting, requires patience and a commitment to helping patients, not rushing them. As a result of this interaction, I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I hope this feedback can be used to improve staff training and ensure that every patient, especially those with immediate health concerns, is treated with the kindness and professional assistance they deserve. The manager, Noble, is amazing, Rhea is fantastic; everyone there clearly cares about their customers. They listen to their customers' concerns and go the extra mile whenever possible. Whether it questions about medications, stock, traveling situations, etc., the staff will work with you as best they can to make things work out.
- FBFly high ButterflyOct 9, 20232.0My curbside order was missing various items but they never reached out to me to say “out of stock” or substitute item. When I got home, I noticed the main ingredients were missing. Called the store and the guy said “oh yeah! Sorry about that. I’ll just reimburse you” Now I have to drive the 20 minutes back to get the items that are sitting on the shelves (still in stock) that the person just didn’t feel like putting in my cart.
