- SMSafishia McClendonJan 4, 20261.0Highly disappointed in the bakery department on New Year's Day. Needed a sheet cake and wanted some simple modifications and wording on the cake. I was told they couldn't remove a color from an already made cake. It was a simple removal, new icing added, and then the color trim I needed. They were not short staffed. There were plenty of employees working that day. I really think there should be more plan sheet cakes available so the customer can add simple requests. Maybe dedicate 2 to 3 people for situations like the one I had. It was a last minute going away party and I just needed a sheet cake with two specific colors and wording. Wasnt happy with the outcome and left with no cake.
