It’s really not convenient to have someone with severe anxiety and depression come in weekly. I don’t even get groceries that often. Every single time I’ve come in, there’s a problem. Without fail. They won’t call you to discuss the issue, they make you go out of your way to come in only to be told insurance rejected a medication I take monthly. It’s honest to God ridiculously absurd how inconvenient this pharmacy makes things.

Recently I started receiving medication through HEB, second visit and they remembered me, Frankie is very polite and friendly, made a great choice changing pharmacy.

Left CVS (The one at 15010 Memorial Dr.) Because the customer service was TERRIBLE! But HEB is great so far. I'll continue supporting good customer service!
