  Thanks HEB for adding Bill Gates A-peel to my produce. Now I know not to go back to get my produce there. It's very sad that HEB prefers cheaper food cost options rather than human customers that value their health.😞

  My doctor had called in a prescription for me. Before going to this pharmacy, I called them to make sure they had my medicine in stock since many pharmacies are out of stock of this particular medicine at the time. The pharmacist responded that they did indeed have it in stock. Fast forward about 2 hours and I'll arrive there to pick up my drugs. The pharmacist, a young hispanic looking woman with eyeglasses and dressed in t-shirt (I believe it's the same person I talked to over the phone a few hours earlier) then tells me that they're out of stock and coldly tells me that it's "first come, first serve." That leads to the question why my prescription was not filled when they had it in stock? After all, I called to confirm that they did have it in stock at the time they received my prescription. So if it really is "first come, first serve," then mine should have been filled. What's going on here?? Was I given incorrect information or are you putting aside drugs for people you know, or what's the deal? Why was my prescription not filled while you had it in stock??

  I have this location two stars because the pharmacist that gave me the covid vaccine suckkkkeedd. She does not know how to give a shot. She injected me very slowly. As a nurse I will say she needs to go back to school. I'd like to give one star but I give it two bec the pharmacist that gave me my first dose did a good job. She was a small Asian lady. Don't know her name but... Please educate the other staff on how to give injections. It's been hurting for two days straight.
