I asked if they we're able to mail prescriptions out, she said we deliver for $9.95. I asked again do you mail out prescriptions? She raised her voice to a high pitch and stated I told you already we deliver for $9.95. I was there previously, asked a very rude lady where did they stock a particular item, I went to the aisle and the product was not there. I went back to the counter and asked her again asked again she sent me to the wrong aisle again. A manager came by while I was looking for my item and brought me directly to the correct aisle. I have been using HEB grocery for many many years completely satisfied with the service I get in the grocery section. I will never purchase anything ever again in their Pharmacy!!
