- LWLinda WordenOct 13, 20255.0Bear Creek HEB Pharmacy is an UNDISCOVERED TREASURE! Can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and every single person working there! For decades I used other pharmacies and never even considered HEB. But ongoing issues at other pharmacies led me to this location, and I can't believe I wasted so much time on other pharmacies. These people really care about their customers. They work tirelessly to get my meds on time and for the cheapest price. They are great about communicating. I am a senior on a fixed income with no transportation, so I must depend on delivery (excellent delivery service, by the way). Once when I couldn’t get an important med, the pharmacy MANAGER Sherman actually brought it to my home after his long shift!! Our world needs more people like this. Basic kindness goes such a long way. Anyway, I could go on and on, but these people really are unique humans. A BIG THANKS TO Sherman, Ms. Chau, Wes, Tiffanie, Marisela, Souraya, Mariana, Ms. Virginia and anyone I left out!. I so very much appreciate each and every one of you. Your compassion and kindness are always noticed, and I am sorry it has taken me so long to get a review out. Thanks HEB!
