- CCCecilia CardenasNov 17, 20251.0Today I called to check in on a refill request for my kids medication. The girl that answered was very short and rude. She did answer my question, but was very rude and then hung up on me shortly afterwards. I do not recommend this pharmacy, usually they are decent. But whoever is working today is not. Not worth my time, stress, or business so I will go elsewhere. ✌️And if you don't like your job, you should get a new one instead of treating people like they are less than.

- DSDiana SepulvedaAug 26, 20251.0Unfortunately I have to reach out to the Texas Board of Pharmacy because the feedback I received was quite disturbing. If the pharmacy is fully aware that a patient requires a specific manufacturer due to negative side effects it needs to be a non-negotiable to inform the patient prior versus turning a blind eye. This is my health we are talking about; unless HEB plans to pay for the cardiologist I now have to see to determine if it was the medication that HEB gave me.
- DSDiana SepulvedaAug 11, 20251.0Please do not trust the employees at this pharmacy when they encourage you to use the pre-pay method to keep your medication on the shelf for an extended period of time. This is NOT TRUE AND ITS A LIE. They will even cancel something you have paid for, change your account and change the password to your HEB account WITHOUT no form of communication or warning. Why send me an email telling me my medication will be at the store for an additional 6 more days just to cancel my order after TWO DAYS.
