- LWLoretta WilliamsJan 7, 20265.0I love the pharmacy at this HEB location! The staff knows me by name. Maybe that means I’m in there too often, but whatever. I can order online and the app estimates my prescription will be ready the next day, but often I get a text within 30 minutes that it’s ready for pick up. They call the doctor for expired refills and hunt down coupons for expensive medication. They have even offered to call the doctor to try to find other options, when appropriate. If there’s a delay, they keep me informed with a text or call. They’re awesome!!
