Absolutely terrible pharmacy, the pharmacy manager jimmy is one of the most rudest and unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered. I take my business to cvs at voss where the pharmacist is super nice and helpful to my meds. Bye bye bad pharmacy.

Update: I made contact with the general manager of the entire store who handled it beautifully. Then on Tuesday, I got a call from Jimmy, the pharmacy manager, demanding I tell him what happened again- when I stated I had already talked with the general manager who resolved it he said "you don't need to talk to her you need to talk to me since I'm the manager of the pharmacy" after I told him an abbreviated version, he then dismissed my story and asked if I had any questions about my prescription. This was bizarre since the medication had been picked up 5 days ago and I spoke to a pharmacist at that time. When I pointed this out to him he got incredibly angry and rude and raised his voice at me while telling me "don't come back to my pharmacy with your attitude" and when I said I no longer wanted to have a conversation with him and would reach out to rachel he said "go ahead" in an aggressive tone. I don't understand why he called me and now I am even more scared to go back. That conversation was a total of 3 minutes- he clearly called me with the intention of telling me to not come back. Hoping GM resolves On Thursday Cesar got super agitated, raised his voice, and repeatedly interrupted and scolded me. What was my crime? Pre paying for my 7 prescriptions on my phone to speed up the process even though they all showed ready on the app. After I called Cesar out, he became incredible condescending- turning his back to me on the camera. Shannon, the pharmacist, was amazing and said the manager would call. As of today he has not and when I called to check I was told he would call me when he was back in office on Tuesday...5 days where Cesar gets to yell at women yay. I though managers got paid extra so that they would solve issues like this and maybe take 15 minutes to call someone or pass it off to the store management to handle on your long weekend

Denied my prescription after two years for not ordering the medication in my prescription any longer. Told me “good luck”.

During my visit, Grace loudly asked for and repeated sensitive personal information while assisting me. This was unprofessional, posed a privacy risk, and felt rude. I strongly recommend implementing procedures to ensure sensitive information is handled discreetly.

Subject: Poor Service at H-E-B San Felipe Pharmacy Drive-Thru On Tuesday, 8/13, I visited the drive-thru around 6:00–6:30 PM. I was told I had two prescriptions ready, and when I asked to add another, I was told it would take 20 minutes. I returned an hour later, but a different employee, Vi, said it was not ready and claimed she didn’t know what happened or who helped me earlier. She told me to drive around for another 10 minutes to “help the next customer,” even though my issue wasn’t resolved. I went inside, where a male employee said he couldn’t help, but then told me my prescription was ready — les than 5 minutes!!! — contradicting Vi’s statement. When I tried to explain, he told me, “I didn’t ask you to explain.” A woman named Brandi then got involved, but she changed her story multiple times — first asking what happened, then claiming she overheard something different, and later saying the system wasn’t working! Her explanations conflicted with what I was told earlier, and she avoided giving me accurate names of the employees involved! This experience showed a lack of accountability, respect for customers’ time, and understanding of the importance of timely prescriptions. I request this be reviewed to prevent similar incidents.
