- NNNinaJan 17, 20261.0Had a really bad experience !! The tall guy at drop off was extremely rude with a horrible mood . I mentioned that I got a new insurance and he refused to add on the system. He was super rude and ignored me . ( since was a brand new insurance - of course was not in the system) I was never treated like this ! As a HEB customer this is frustrating- they should hire people who wanna do their job and treat people on a respectful way !!

Simple requests were met with attitude. After I hung up the phone the second time, I immediately transferred my prescription to a pharmacy that was happy to help and to have my business.
