- MWMark WheelerDec 21, 20252.0If receipts are mandatory for returns on GNC products why would you make them optional?? I got some mega mens vitamins. After up selling me on the largest size and checking out he offered a receipt. I don't know what I was thinking when I said no. I just assumed supplements aren't returnable. I took 2 with food and did the same the next day. Didn't like they way they made me feel as I'm very sensitive to caffeine which I didn't know these had. They also made me feel nauseous. After reading the box saying they had a return policy I tried to get my money back knowing it was probably a fools errand but worth a try. Sure enough he wouldn't take the product back and I'm out 50 plus dollars and my vitamin budget is gone for 2 months. I accept some responsibility for not taking the receipt. That's why I didn't give it 1 star. I'll never set foot in a gnc again for as long as I live. Throwing these garbage vitamins in the trash.

The employee says the coupon is valid only on 11/20 & 11/26 (2 days). They only had one of the item anyway so I recommend finding a better GNC. Customer service was ridiculous and their inventory was terrible. He took that stance when he only had one version of the product, would rather me not shop to 7 other products at regular price over 1 energy drink that was rightfully discounted $1. Unprofessionalism and ignorance caused you to lose over $100 in nondiscounted sales. I now understand why that store always empty and the products are dusty from sitting so long.
