The doctor sees you virtually. Yes, virtually. The booking of the appointment was super easy, but no where during the booking process are you made aware of the virtual assessment you will be receiving or how to find the tiny door at one of the Macy’s entrance of the office. Once I checked in for my appointment and realized there was NO doctor on site, I declined to proceed with my appointment. There is another optometrist in the mall next to Lens Crafters outside of Macy’s. - Dr. Truong at Therapeutic Optometrists was professional and knowledgeable. I hope this info helps!
