Erika and Damary (front office staff) are adorable! They always greet me with a smile, and make me feel like i am surrounded by friends! Everyone is nice and friendly! This office is ALWAYS prompt and on time with my 7 AM appointments! There has never been an incident where i had to wait for my scheduled appointment! There was one occasion where the hygienist was not available due to an unexpected/emergency issue. Dr. Paul filled in to complete my cleaning so my appointment could be on time! That speaks volumes about the care they provide, and their commitment to exceptional customer service! The hygienists are also awesome! Laura and Ingrid always take their time to ensure that my sensitive gums are numb and that i am completely comfortable before starting my cleanings! They also explain everything to me very well! Dr. Paul is compassionate, personable, and charismatic which helps alleviate my anxiety! She has a great sense of humor and bedside manner! When i’m here i never feel like a “number” or like the “next patient”. They treat me like family! Dr. Paul has been my Dentist for over two years and i have no desire to change that! 5 stars! Would DEFINITELY recommend!
