From regular check ups and cleanings to the occasional filling, Dr. Johnson and her team are proficient, professional and friendly. I always recommend Dentists at Memorial Park to anyone looking for a new dentist!
- TKTerry KnabFeb 14, 20261.0I did not have a good experience on Feb 13. The hygienist was the roughest one I have ever had in my life and I’m 72 yrs old. She was not very careful when inserting the pieces into my mouth when taking all 18 X-rays. Felt like I was going to gag on several insertions. She pinched my lip with one of her instruments, got water all over lower half of my face, and did not give me a break to spit or swallow while she polished my teeth. When I squirmed during the polishing, she said she’d leave the sucking instrument in my mouth so that I could spit in it whenever I wanted. That’s a little hard to do while she is polishing with another instrument in my mouth. She also did not explain the instrument that she was going to use to “loosen or remove”some of the plaque before she did the manual plaque removal. I told her after she started that I didn’t like it that much, in fact it hurt in a couple of places so she asked if I wanted her to manually remove plaque and I said yes and she did. I thought that I was going to see dr Catalina Cruz Johnson but I did not. No one asked me if I had a particular dentist in mind for my appointment. I didn’t realize there were so many dentists there. ( that part is probably my fault too for not asking).
