The only reason I have given 3 stars is for my Pilates instructor Melanie. She was the only reason I spent time and money there. Customer service minimal , the front desk ladies forget that they are not doing the clients any favors by being there!! On the contrary Pilates is a luxury not a necessity, it’s an expensive luxury , so for the front receptionist to be so condescending!! It’s hilarious, as mentioned Melanie is the best , the studio is below mediocre, customer service has so much to learn . Advice for the GM always try to reach out to paying customers that have a complaint ( instead of listening to your employees only ) being a manager needs analytical skills, unbiased observation… As said will not recommend the studio to anyone , will definitely recommend Melanie.

I’ve been practicing Pilates here for almost two years and really love it. In the past, there were many excellent instructors even in the early morning sessions. Recently, instructor assignments for mornings, weekends, and weekday evenings (especially Wed–Fri) change too often. Another concern is that instructors are frequently switched without any prior notice. Sometimes I book a class far in advance because I want to take it with a specific instructor, but then the instructor is changed unexpectedly. This has even led me to cancel classes I really didn’t want to attend, and unfortunately I’ve had to pay cancellation fees. It makes early booking feel unnecessary and ends up wasting money.
That said, there are many wonderful instructors who have made me love Pilates even more, and I’m truly grateful to them. I hope the studio can improve consistency and communication about instructor assignments.

I've never been to a pilates studio quite like Club Pilates. The staff is so lovely and they make me feel accepted despite my motion disability and limitations. It's like they truly want me to get better and are willing to help. It's so easy to book and I love that I can book different kinds of classes. The other patrons are very friendly and have given me encouragement and kind words. Pilates has changed my life and it's because of Club Pilates
