  I went in for a prostate check-up and the doctor and staff are very friendly. The doctor ordered a MRI to facility A but A does not take my insurance thus I called my insurance and my insurance told me B will accept just fine. I called my doctor office to explain the order should be sent to facility B and not A. For some reasons I do not know why, the order kept going to A for 5 times as each time I had to call and explain the same thing over and over. This took 5 days to finally got it right. I think the staff need to check carefully when patient call in to explain any situation with healthcare issues.

  Very pleasant visit,staff and Dr. Kannady are very friendly and professional. I will definitely refer to my family and friends.
