  The doctors themselves are very kind and professional, and the clinical care was good. Unfortunately, the billing practices are extremely concerning. On two separate occasions, I was told that the doctor was out of network with my insurance, which led me to pay self-pay for procedures. Later, I discovered that the same procedures had also been billed to my insurance. Their billing is handled through a third-party company called Omega, and the billing process appears to be very disorganized. Communication between the office and the billing company is difficult, and getting clear answers about charges is frustrating. Patients should carefully review their insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to make sure what they were charged matches what was billed to insurance. If you notice discrepancies, contact your insurance company and consider filing a complaint with your state Attorney General’s consumer protection office.

  Dr. Makhoul was great to meet, she explains everything very well, making sure I didn't leave the appointment uninformed . Felt like I was taken care of and every process was smooth. Would recommend

  CLS Doctors and Staff are the best. Excellent communication, friendly, knowledgeable and convenient. Dr. Makhoul is my doctor for life! Terrific care and follow up and with a focus on Prevention.

  CLS Health provided exceptional care of my father for his infusions. Being Knowledgeable and caring sets them apart but the great chairs really help during long infusions. Accessibility is good and proximity to a restroom. If you are cold natured bring your own blanket for your infusion.

  Tiffany my phlebotomist, was the most knowledgeable phlebotomist I have ever encountered! She was kind she was welcoming she was warm the office itself was decorated wonderfully very very clean and tidy. It's the best experience I've ever had when it comes to giving blood taking blood etc and I've been doing it for a long long time. I highly recommend this facility and my phlebotomist.
