  let me start with amazing job with a new medical assistant that was hired for Dr. g. I forgot her name. But I was there with my mom after my mom's follow up from the hospital The medical assistant assisted my mom truly with all her questions and even helped us out understanding the blood pressure situation that our mom was going through. She also went ahead. Gave my mom and I ideas of how to lower my mom's blood pressure and what's the best time of the day to a helper thank you so much for that amazing experience. The medical assistant grabbed this early before our appointment and spoke to us and did everything she had to do I can't even Complain

  I'm still on the fence for this facility. My first time going there I was not very impressed. The nurse who usually does the check in process was very sick. I asked her if she was ok and said she thinks she has strep throat and says that she can't afford to stay home after I told her she shouldn't be here. I immediately walked out of the examination room and asked for a different nurse. My PA Aiesha was the one who ended up helping me. Due to all the fuss they forgot to take my vitals and asked me to come back after I had already left to do blood work. When I came back that same nurse that thinks she has strep and thinks it's OK to interact with patients was still there! I asked my PA Aiesha about it and was brushed off and was told "not sure why the nurse said that, she only has an upper respitory infection". I still think that nurse had absolutely no business interacting with patients in that condition. If she had to be there they should have had her doing work behind the scenes. It seemed like a chaotic mess and the staff and place seems very disorganized. I'm currently waiting for follow up from a sleep study I did. Once that is resolved I doubt that I will go back. Especially not if I had anything serious I wanted to get checked out.

  Great doctors, nurses, ma's, pa's you name it. Everyone here is great and makes you feel comfortable. When I'm in pain they always take care of me. I have gone here for everything from stitches to x-rays. I definitely recommend going here. I dreaded going to hospitals or doctors until I found this practice. They run like a well oiled machine.

  Long wait times, some of the staff can be very rude, guessed and treated without routine tests due to "running out of culture swabs", and the lab is gone which means no more 100% covered labs in office. Only outpatient labs available across the street. The sad thing is, a year ago I would have given them 4 stars , minus one for long wait times and lack of smiles and greetings from the office ladies (minor, but they are the face of the office). I'm not sure what happened this past year. I'm changing doctors.
