Despite asking several follow-up questions, I did not feel that the information was adequately clarified. Toward the end of the visit, the process felt rushed, and I proceeded with payment without full confidence in my understanding. Additionally, I had to schedule a follow-up appointment because the initial prescription did not feel accurate. Following another visit, it was determined that my vision was better suited to a lower prescription than what was originally provided. This has resulted in the inconvenience of returning the original lenses and waiting for a replacement order, which was not communicated during my follow-up visit prior to departure. I find it frustrating that there was no acknowledgment, apology, or clear communication regarding the prescription discrepancy or the lens replacement process. While I generally remain patient, being contacted during work hours to address this issue added to the inconvenience. I will now need to make an additional trip to return the lenses, which requires extra time and expense. I would appreciate more transparent communication, accountability, and consideration for customers’ time in the future.
