  I’ve emailed multiple times and got no response from the manager or a sorry there really busy reply yet no real assistance has been provided . I was supposed to be able to “freeze my account “ and the manager never got back to me! I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t what else to do at this point!! Please have someone reach out asap.

  While I was in a morning class on Thursday, I noticed how the instructor is very rude to anyone that’s not a customer. She was unnecessarily rude to two very sweet and genuine fundraisers that were outside. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

  Great workout. I have been going for over a year and still get excited about going class. It’s the first workout I found that I truly enjoy.

  I just finished kicking Cancer in the butt! 🎉 I wanted something for me to help myself be strong and healthy something new. ... nothing crazy or boot camp like. And I found it!! I LOVE IT!! And it’s FUN!! I find myself like a kid again doing moves to the music 🎶 and stretching 🙆🏻‍♀️ myself like never before lol Each Class is different and fun! So many instructors to choose from. They each are so kind making sure that you are doing the form correctly. I recommend this to all my family and friends. Just give it a try! You will love it.
