    They don't know how to communicate effectively they tell you one thing then call someone to tell you another something else not trained correctly to let you know information that you need to know then have a attitude when you tell you what they said doesn't make any sense

    I am very happy and grateful to all the staff of this clinic, so far I have had a very nice experience, my doctor Louay Zeid and his assistant are very attentive and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

    I had high hopes for this place. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance and even asked about a copay at the time. I was told I didn’t have one but that they would reach out if anything changed. Since I never heard back, I assumed everything was still covered. This week alone, I called the billing department at least three times with no response. I also spoke with the office staff several times this week including today about my medical records, and at no point did anyone mention a copay or any balance due. Then, while I was literally getting ready to leave for my appointment about an hour beforehand I received a message saying I was fully responsible for the cost of the visit.
