  I am deeply disappointed by the care I received at this fertility clinic. During one of the most vulnerable times of my life I felt completely unsupported. My doctor did not properly communicate or reach out by phone or follow up in any meaningful way. The clinic makes it nearly impossible to speak to anyone directly, forcing all communication through the Prelude Connect app. This lack of human interaction made an already traumatic experience feel even more isolating. Additionally, the FMLA paperwork coordinator, Teresa, was shockingly unprofessional and insensitive. No one in that role should be speaking to patients going through pregnancy loss. Fertility care requires empathy, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, this clinic failed on all fronts. I would not recommend it to anyone. I did raise my concerns directly with the clinic and clearly communicated how disappointed I was with the care I received. I was told someone would send me information on how to speak with a supervisor or file a complaint, but that never happened. The lack of follow-through reinforced my feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.

  Would not recommend. They handled our miscarriage very poorly- left us in the exam room for 40 minutes for our appointment waiting to confirm the baby’s heartbeat had stopped and we could hear the staff laughing and yelling in the hallway the entire time. My husband poked his head out of the door several times. Do better!
