  I cannot believe this location is actually apart of the Aspire network. The staff member doesn’t even know how to draw blood properly had to inject me twice and left me with a bruise and the chairs in the waiting room are tearing apart. Really distasteful and uncomfortable. If I had my initial consultation here I would certainly not choose it for my fertility journey. I cannot speak on the doctors as this is not my primary location.

  I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the Piney Point location. Every single person here is truly exceptional and provides the highest quality of care for anyone on a TTC journey. From the front desk staff to the incredible nurses—Meagan, Connie, and Amber—to the surgery staff, Nurse Practitioner Kelly, and Dr. Ryan Steward, each of you played a meaningful role in my journey. Your compassion, dedication, and support made an immeasurable difference, and I will always carry that with me. This team radiates such positive, uplifting energy, and it genuinely moves me to write this as I graduate from the clinic while expecting my first baby. My journey was long, but you all never wavered in your care, encouragement, or belief. You helped make my dreams come true, and for that, I am forever grateful.

  First month the care coordinator messed up our scheduling so we lost the opportunity to try for a month, and then when we did get to try IUI the doctor was over an hour late to our appointment and we were just sitting around waiting with no updates AT A SCHEDULED TIME THEY CHOSE FOR US. Awful experience, use ANY other fertility provider

  They were so kind to my wife before and after the procedure. Excellent bedside manner.
