  I had a really wonderful experience at UFC Urgent Care on Eldridge. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of kindness. They had the forms and paperwork already prepared, which made the whole process smooth and convenient. You can tell they truly work together as a team. I had a great conversation with Ericka as well. She shared that she is a third-generation American and still speaks fluent Spanish. I thought that was really beautiful. It says a lot about a family that keeps its heritage alive and passes wisdom and culture down through generations. It even made me think about the story of the Tower of Babel—where division and different languages came among the tribes. Yet what could have been only separation, the Father has also turned into something beautiful: languages, cultures, and traditions that families preserve and that others can appreciate and love across generations. What stood out to me most, though, was the spirit in the place. You could genuinely feel it in the way the staff cared for people and worked together. It reminded me of Ecclesiastes 4:9 — “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.” That sense of unity and kindness really shows in the way this team serves others. And if I had to give one joking complaint… it would be that the ladies gently made fun of me for using the wrong door when I came in. I saw a sign that said “use the other door,” and I thought it meant a completely different set of doors down the way. Turns out it was just talking about the other door right next to it on the double doors. So that one was definitely on me. All joking aside, thank you to the whole team for creating such a positive and uplifting experience.

  Terrible customer service. Was my first and last time coming to this urgent care. Went in for treatment for nausea and vomiting, only to be told no and I must return to the primary ER that attended to me first.

  Demasiada demora estando la clínica vacía , luego que llene los papeles , 2 horas sentado en una silla para atenderme , muy pésima la atención , por su demora innecesaria porque el único paseo te q estaba era yo

  Horrible place. Sat there for 3 hours just for a drug test. Staff has Horrible attitude and doesn't seem to care about anything.
