  I had a really positive experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was attentive and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and take pride in providing high-quality care. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made a big difference during a stressful situation. Overall, I’m very grateful for the excellent service I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention.

  Absolutely recommend this urgent care , they’re staff is Professional n responsible in taking care of us I am so thankful urgant cares like this place exist !!!! Shoutout to them For their Amazing work !!!!!

  Kinda RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!! I'm mostly upset because I came in stating that I wanted an EKG. I told them that I had been having some chest discomfort and my Doctor ordered an EKG. The issue was that I hadn't been able to get off work in time to go get it done. I specifically asked them if they could do an EKG. The nice man said that they could. The other lady came in and gave me the EKG. AFTER they took my COPAY!!!!!! The lady comes in and does what I thought was an EKG and shortly after that the doctor comes in and says the EKG wasn't a "full" EKG and the one they took was abnormal so I should go to ER!!!! WHAT????? Why not say when I asked "We only do a 4 lead EKG not the kind your doctor has ordered so if you need a 12 Lead EKG, we don't offer that! But Noooooooo they took my money and didn't do nothing for me. Since they said it was ABNORMAL I ended up going to the ER where they said "I don't know why their reading was like that because your EKG is normal!" So either the machine was defective, the tech didn't know what she was doing or they for real ripping folks off!!!!! I'm reporting them to my insurance because that's a claim that I didn't have to make.... This waiting room is ALWAYS empty so it looks like they don't have the equipment that is needed to be a TRUE urgent care but they stay open with these bogus claims.... Don't go here unless u have some regular stuff (Cold, flu, common injury, etc...) I have been here before for simple stuff and it was fine. However, this is the SECOND time that I've been here and they took our money and sent us to ER despite telling them everything upfront. The other time was with my son, he was throwing up what we thought was blood! I let that one slide because we really didn't know what was going on with him. However in this case, they straight up deceived me!!!
