Plenty of time was allowed for me to ask questions, and I was presented detailed treatment and payment options. My subsequent appointment to get a digital scan for “invisible” trays (Align) also went smoothly. I went back today for my first set of trays. The tech who assisted me, Amy, was helpful, friendly and very patient with me as I learned how to use the scanning tool, the app and how to put in & take out the trays (harder than I expected). We covered a lot of material but I feel confident and comfortable - and also know I can easily call or message them if needed. Highly recommend!
