  Whether you will get your prescription or not depends on which pharmacist is on shift. A pharmacist one day will say they can fill a prescription that another location doesn’t have in stock, you call your doctor’s office to have them send it to Henderson, your doctor gets the message of needing the prescription sent to a different pharmacy at the *end of the day*, the next morning a different pharmacist is on shift in Henderson & tells you they won’t fill it. Now you have to spend all day calling around to multiple pharmacies (AGAIN), then call the doctor’s office (AGAIN), wait until the doctor gets the message —>at the end of the day<— (AGAIN), & hope that another Kroger pharmacy —>further away from you<—, whose pharmacists ARE consistent & always fill your medication, no matter what, has your medication in stock since the pharmacist on shift in Henderson, Chris Medina, sees that 9 miles too far for him is further than the 26 miles for the other pharmacy who always fills it but just happens to not have it in stock while Chris Medina does.

  Pharmacy is the slowest in town. Called in an inhaler yesterday morning. Told them Id pick up the next morning. Go at 2pm to pick up and its still not ready. Inhaler comes sealed in a box, print the sticker and slap it on the box. Not like they have to mix the med or count the pills. Was given the excuse they are short handed. BS! Theres always no less than 3-4 people when we go in.
