Sasha, was very helpful with everything! I had many concerns, and she answered every question, and helped me with every concern. I had two pairs of glasses, and was debating whether to replace both of them or not; and she actually helped me in making the correct decision as she carefully analyzed both pairs of my glasses. She absolutely had me walk out of the store feeling like I made the best decision with my warranty and my glasses! If you want someone to help you, I suggest looking for Sasha, because I am very satisfied with her assistance. She definitely goes out of her way!
