    Horrible service! It takes them forever to find the prescription once the dr sends it to them. I have to continually call to make sure they're working on the prescription. Then when they tell you it'll be ready in 30 minutes.....I drove over there hours later and it still wasn't ready, ended up sitting there for another few hours before it was ready. The service used to be top notch but since they replaced the people who used to actually care about their customers with people who could care less, their service went to the crapper. Take your business elsewhere if possible!

    Asked for my grandpas prescription at 12:30 didn’t get it till 3 and they said it would be about an hour. Then to top it off this billion dollar company doesn’t expect the VA! So igs HEB doesn’t care for their troops much because they don’t accept the veteran insurance program.

    We moved from Fort Worth, Texas., where CBS was where we went. Been in Harlingen for 3 1/2 years. By far the HEB Pharmacy on Morgan St., is the most efficient the staff in the pharmacy are the greatest. They are always polite, courteous, and very well informed.
