- TTTimothy TorresDec 2, 20251.0Worst experience ever! There's a female pharmacist at the computer has a bad attitude when it came to me getting my pain meds that I need in order to work to provide for my family. Without it I can't move and she made it so difficult to get them and then I end up finding out that someone that wasn't me was able to give my information and get my medication and ended up telling my doctor to not help me anymore so now I'm having to apply for disability and work a part time job to try to get by. They are slow and take forever to help and are always in a hurry to leave even though they know we are waiting for our medications and I've seen it as they close the gate. If you want a better place go to Walmart there in Harlingen. They are friendly and don't judge you based on what medication you are getting!! I will never use HEB pharmacy!!!

- EMEllie MaeSep 3, 20205.0In this day in age where we can use an App, or the automated system to get status of an order, I find that even when you need to speak to a live person, they are very courteous. I imagine they get 100's of calls each day but they still provide service with a smile over the phone. Thank you HEB!
