    Our first experience to this office was on 2/27/26 not good except for Anna who provided service to both myself and my husband. She was able to communicate with both of us and she provided great service. After waiting quite a long time, to see Dr. Esters he was very rushed not much conversation to my husband, a little more to me. We were charged in advance for two refractions $45 each. My husband didn't need a refraction bc he wears readers from Walmart bc he had cataract surgery and has implants for distance only. On our way out, I asked to have his $45.00 refunded to my credit card. The girl working the desk said she was not able to do that bc her manager was out of the office that day, but she would have it taken care of on Monday. Almost three weeks later, the credit still had not been refunded back to my account. I had to go back for a glaucoma test so the morning of the test I called to see if Jonathan had to taken care of canceling my husband's appointment to have puntal plugs inserted in his tear ducts. I called the week prior on 3/21/26 to cancel this appointment and left a message bc I was unable to speak with anyone in the office. Since my experience this far has not been the greatest, I decided to call the office the morning of my appointment and the he one I cancelled for my husband to see if it had been done since I hadn't received any response from this office. Jonathan answered the phone, I ask ed him to check if my husbands appointment had been canceled. He told me no it had not. I questioned him why that had not been done? I explained I had left a message on 3/11/26 on their recorder to cancel bc my husband decided to not have the punctual plugs put in because we found a eye medication for dry eyes that seemed to be working successfully for him. I asked if that was his job to do cancel appointments because I know he made our original appointments. He explained it was his job and also someone else's job. I said well it looks like someone fell down on the job and didn't do what I asked and I do not plan to pay for an appointment that he is not going to keep today that I canceled the week prior. He said, well I'll let you talk to the person that can handle this request for you. All I got was sent back to the recording that you get when you call the office number if no one answer the phone. By this point I'm not happy at all. I hung up relaxed a bit and called back. I got the girl at the desk, she said she would cancel his appointment and there would be no charge. I also asked her why my account had not been credited since my husband didn't have a refraction done. She said we will take take off that. When I arrived to my glaucoma test 3/17/26 appointment and I was checking in, the manager happened to be talking to the girl at the desk. I inquired is this the manager and she said yes and I said I need to speak to her. The manager said, I'm taking care of it right now. To date the credit still has not shown up into my credit card account 3/28/26. I will give them the benefit of the doubt it's already been 8 to 9 business days. Now on the other hand I will say when I came this time 3/24/26 and I saw Dr. Ester's for the results of my glaucoma test he was a different man, maybe it's bc he wasn't under stress today but he was a very kind congenial professional doctor. The office wasn't busy. Also, I saw Colby and he was a very pleasant kind young man. I told him about our experience he apologized and wondered what day was our original appointment? It was on a Friday. If my refund doesn't show up within the next few days, I will never return. The doctor wanted me to return in 6 months. I didn't make a return appointment bc I want to see if I ever get my refund credit. It looks like maybe a cleaning in-house of their office staff may be needed including the manager.

    You get one star because the staff was great. Keisha was amazing. The doctor was not very kind and every question was met with another question. He handed me a coupon a d told me to buy artificial tears. I didn't even get a complete exam that I paid a $40 copay for. And he didn't want to wait for my pupils to dilate so the whole visit was for nothing and a waste of time and money! He said ok we are done, come back again. I asked about the floater that is bothering me and no answers. Your eyes are dry He said. And just dismissed me. WtH really!!??? Would not recommend!!! I wished I had read the reviews before hand.

    Dr Esters is the absolute BEST! He explains every diagnosis, treatment, test and procedure in a manner that will leave you knowledgeable and comfortable with them. He is very patient and has a very calming demeanor. I left the office confident and feeling assured that I was in very good hands. His staff is Amazing too. My experience in his office was unmatched. He is a Great doctor and I highly recommend his office. Thank You Dr. Esters !

    My experience at the Dr's office, I was not nervous, because the staff are patience, and pleasant employees. Dr. Esters is very helpful, in getting the help I needed. Thank you so much.
