I went to customer service and they couldn’t open the section for me to pick up my glasses that I ordered from them two weeks ago. So I’m still waiting for someone to open. The reason why I can’t just leave is because I live 45 minutes away. I made this trip with an understanding that it was open based on their website and the store hours listed on the front door. This is really poor service and an inconvenience. Just the experience I had was very poor and negative.
